❌ Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not entered production.

What happens after production starts?
Once printing or production begins, cancellation requests cannot be accepted as the product is custom-made specifically for you.

Can I cancel after dispatch?
No. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and generally reflect within 5–7 business days.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to the size guide before ordering.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. After verification, we'll provide a replacement or full refund.

Size Exchange:
We offer a one-time size exchange on unused and unwashed items in original condition. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is borne by the customer, while replacement shipping is covered by us.
