Refund policy
At Moner Moto, every product is custom printed on demand especially for you. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to check our size chart carefully before ordering.
However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we stand fully behind our products in these cases:
Damaged, defective, or wrong item received
If your product arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is not the item you ordered, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please email monermoto.designs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Size exchange
If the size doesn't fit, we offer a one-time size exchange on unused, unwashed items in original condition. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping for size exchanges is borne by the customer; we cover shipping on the replacement.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days of approval.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on used, washed, or altered items, except where the product is defective.
