🔄 Our Return & Refund Policy

At Moner Moto, every product is custom printed on demand especially for you. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

We encourage you to check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

⚠️ Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

If your product arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is not the item you ordered, we will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to verification.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange the appropriate resolution.

📹 Unboxing Video

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when receiving your order.

An unboxing video can help us verify cases involving damaged, defective, incorrectly printed or incorrectly delivered products and can make the resolution process smoother.

📏 Size Exchange

If the size does not fit, we offer a one-time size exchange on unused, unwashed items that are in their original condition.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you would like to request a size exchange.

• Item must be unused.
• Item must be unwashed.
• Item must remain in original condition.
• Return shipping for the size exchange is borne by the customer.
• Shipping for the replacement item is covered by Moner Moto.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on products that have been used, washed or altered, except where the product itself is defective.

We also cannot accept returns or refunds because of:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Personal preference
• Buyer’s remorse

💳 Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days of approval.

The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.
