Shipping Policy — Moner Moto Designs

Order processing & production
Every Moner Moto product is custom printed on demand. Orders are sent to production within 24–48 hours of being placed, and production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders are delivered across India via trusted courier partners. Total delivery time, including production, is usually 5–10 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are generally quicker; remote or tier-2/3 pincodes may take a little longer.

Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode. Standard shipping starts at ₹99.

Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link on your registered email. You can use it to follow your order in real time.

Shipping coverage
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control — courier delays, weather, festive-season volume, or incorrect/incomplete addresses. Please ensure your shipping address and pincode are accurate at checkout. If your order is significantly delayed, reach us at monermoto.designs@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
