An order may be cancelled or declined in circumstances such as product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or other genuine operational reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Made-to-Order Products

Many Moner Moto products are produced or printed after an order is placed.

Because products may be prepared specifically for individual orders, customers should carefully review the selected product, colour and size before completing checkout.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of placement, provided production has not started.

Once production or printing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible because the product may already have been prepared specifically for the customer.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders to supported locations within India.

Shipping charges and applicable free-shipping thresholds are displayed on our website and may be changed from time to time.

Production and delivery times shown on our website are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, courier network and other circumstances.

Delays may occur due to factors such as weather, public holidays, regional restrictions, courier operations, natural events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

A delay in delivery does not automatically mean that an order has been lost. Customers should use the tracking information provided after dispatch where available.

9. Returns, Replacements and Size Exchanges

Returns, replacements, refunds and size exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

In general, products that are damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or incorrectly supplied may qualify for a replacement or refund after verification.

We also offer a one-time size exchange under the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for checking the applicable size chart and product information before placing an order.

We accept payment methods made available through our checkout, which may include UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets and other supported payment methods.

Payments are processed through the payment services available at checkout. We do not store complete card details on our website.

An order may not be processed until the required payment has been successfully received or the applicable payment arrangement has been confirmed.

Purchasing a product from Moner Moto does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design or intellectual property to the customer.
