Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period, production may have started.
Damaged, defective, incorrectly printed or wrongly delivered products may qualify for a replacement or refund.
A one-time size exchange is available for eligible unused and unwashed products.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay.
Order Cancellation
Because Moner Moto products are custom printed on demand, orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
After this period, your order may have entered production and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Our Return & Refund Policy
At Moner Moto, every product is custom printed on demand especially for you.
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference or buyer's remorse.
We strongly recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If your product arrives damaged, has a printing defect, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us for verification.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
Once the issue is verified, Moner Moto will arrange the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Record Your Unboxing
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when receiving your order.
An unboxing video can help us verify cases involving damaged, defective, incorrectly printed or incorrectly delivered products and can make the resolution process smoother.
Size Exchange
If your size does not fit, we offer a one-time size exchange for eligible products.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a size exchange.
- Item must be unused.
- Item must be unwashed.
- Item must remain in its original condition.
- Item must not have been altered or damaged after delivery.
- Return shipping for the exchange is borne by the customer.
- Shipping for the replacement item is covered by Moner Moto.
- Only one size exchange is permitted per product.
What We Cannot Accept
We cannot accept returns on products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged or modified by the customer, except where the product itself is defective.

Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days of approval.
The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.
