Every Moner Moto product is custom printed after an order is placed. We do not keep pre-printed inventory. Every piece is freshly produced, quality checked and packed before dispatch.

• Production generally begins within 24–48 hours.
• Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.
• Tracking details are shared after dispatch.
• Delivery timelines depend on courier networks and destination.
• Weather, public holidays and regional restrictions may occasionally cause delays.

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of placement provided production has not started. Once printing begins, cancellations cannot be accepted because every item is custom made.

Replacement Policy

Replacement requests are accepted only if the item is received damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or if an incorrect product has been delivered.

To facilitate a smooth replacement process, we kindly request that you record an unboxing video upon receiving your order and share it with us at monermoto.designs@gmail.com .

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or replacements due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preferences.

Always compare the size chart with your favourite T-shirt before placing your order. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, consider choosing one size larger. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us—we'll be happy to help you choose the right size.

Tracking details are shared via email once your order has been dispatched. In many cases, tracking information is also shared through WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking link to become active.

We use premium DTF and DTG printing technologies depending on the artwork and fabric. Every product undergoes a quality inspection to ensure vibrant colours, sharp details and long-lasting print durability before dispatch.
