Every Moner Moto product is custom printed on demand. Orders are sent to production within 24–48 hours of being placed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

Once dispatched, orders are delivered across India via trusted courier partners.

• Metro Cities: 5–7 Business Days
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 7–10 Business Days
• Total Delivery Time: Usually 5–10 Business Days

💰 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode. Standard shipping starts from ₹99.

📍 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can track your order in real time.

🌏 Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to most serviceable pincodes across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

⏳ Delivery Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, festive-season volume, or incorrect/incomplete addresses. Please ensure your shipping address and pincode are accurate at checkout.

❌ Cancellation & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not entered production.

What happens after production starts?
Once an order has entered production or printing has begun, cancellation requests cannot be accepted as the product is custom-made specifically for you.

Can I cancel an order after it has been shipped?
No. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and usually reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How will I know my refund has been processed?
You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation request has been approved and the refund has been initiated.

👕 Products

What material are the T-shirts made of?
Our T-shirts are made from high-quality cotton and cotton-blend fabrics depending on the edition. They are soft, breathable, and designed for everyday comfort.

Will the print fade after washing?
Our garments are DTF (Direct To Film) printed for sharp, vibrant, and long-lasting quality. We recommend washing inside-out in cold water to maximize print life.

What sizes are available?
We currently offer sizes from S to XXL. Please refer to the size chart available on every product page before placing your order.

Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes. Our enamel mugs are dishwasher safe, rust-resistant, and built for everyday use.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Since all products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

What if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item?
Email us within 5 days of delivery at monermoto.designs@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. We offer a one-time size exchange on unused and unwashed items in original condition. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping for size exchanges is borne by the customer, while we cover shipping for the replacement item.

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and usually reflect within 5–7 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, NetBanking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Paytm, Wallets, and other major payment methods through Razorpay.

Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. All transactions are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway.

Who is Moner Moto?
Moner Moto (মনের মতো) is a Bengali design label built around culture, identity, and pride. We create wearable art that speaks Bengali through typography, emotion, nostalgia, and storytelling.

What is Apadmostok?
আপাদমস্তক (Apadmostok) means "from head to toe" in Bengali. It is Moner Moto's debut collection celebrating Bengali identity in its fullest form.

To be আপাদমস্তক বাঙালি is to carry your culture, language, roots, and pride in everything you do — completely and unapologetically.

Will there be more collections in the future?
Absolutely. Apadmostok is just the beginning. Moner Moto will continue launching new collections inspired by Bengali culture, football nostalgia, identity, and everyday stories that resonate with Bengalis around the world.
